SCREAM-A-GEDDON is what happens when the best minds in the haunted house industry come together in the Tampa Bay, Florida area to produce a haunted house like no other.
Located in Dade City, Florida, just minutes from Tampa and Orlando, SCREAM-A-GEDDON is six spectacular haunted house attractions including a Monster Midway.

+ What is the difference between the General Admission and VIP "Fast Pass" Admission?
A General Admission ticket gives you unlimited General Admission access to all of our attractions throughout the night (Note: Food, drinks and other services in the Monster Midway are not included).
A VIP "Fast Pass" Admission ticket also gives you unlimited access to all of our attractions, but you can also skip the General Admission line once per attraction by using the "Fast Pass" lane.
+ When is SCREAM-A-GEDDON open?
We are open during select dates in September, October and November. Visit our Hours Page for exact dates and hours.
+ How long are the lines?
We are one of the largest independent haunted houses in the country, so you should expect the longest lines on Fridays and Saturdays. Regardless of the night, we highly recommend purchasing a VIP "Fast Pass" Admimssion to avoid long waits in line.
+ Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
By purchasing a VIP "Fast Pass" Admission you can skip the General Admission line once per attraction by using the "Fast Pass" lane. Buy your VIP "Fast Pass" Admission through the SCREAM-A-GEDDON online tickets page and save up to $20 per ticket!
+ Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, there is a $10 fee (including sales tax) for parking.
You can purchase a parking pass in advance through the SCREAM-A-GEDDON online ticket page or you can pay when you arrive (preferably cash).
+ What is the VIP "Fast Pass" Admission? Is it really worth the extra cost?
The VIP "Fast Pass" allows you to use a separate, shorter "Fast Pass" lane. We highly recommend the VIP Fast Pass to avoid long waits in line. Buy your VIP "Fast Pass" Admission tickets online through the SCREAM-A-GEDDON online tickets page and save up to $20 per ticket!
+ Do I have to purchase a General Admission AND VIP "Fast Pass" Admission to use the "Fast Pass" lanes?
No. The VIP "Fast Pass" Admission includes unlimited General Admission to the park, as well as one-time admission to each of the "Fast Pass" lanes.
+ Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes. You can purchase tickets through the SCREAM-A-GEDDON online tickets page. We also offer group discounts for groups of 15 victims or more. All tickets are $5 more at the box office.
+ Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards for both online purchases and purchases at the box office.
We also have an ATM on-site.

+ Does SCREAM-A-GEDDON offer group rates or other discounts?

+ How do I get there?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON is conveniently located off of exit #285 on I-75. For complete directions from Tampa, Orlando, Ocala, Lakeland and the rest of Florida please visit our Directions Page.
+ What is your policy regarding refunds?
Purchasing a ticket to SCREAM-A-GEDDON is the same as purchasing a ticket for a movie or concert event. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.
+ When does SCREAM-A-GEDDON close?
We close at different times each night. Please visit the hours page for a full list of our dates and times.
If you are still in line at closing time, you will still be able to go through that attraction before it closes.
+ Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
No. The monsters inside of our haunted house attractions do not touch you, but they do get very close. Occasionally, you may brush up against them or their weapons.
However, a few of our attractions are "interactive". Visitors entering our interactive attractions will be faced with an important decision:
- Should you enter and simply watch the action?
- Or should you "mark" yourself to truly interact with the creatures within?
Those who opt-in for a truly interactive experience may be grabbed, held back, sent into hidden rooms, removed from their group or even forced to remain...
(Customers must be at least 18 years old to "mark" themselves)
+ Am I allowed to touch the monsters or props?
No. Do not touch the monsters, props or scenes inside of our haunted house attractions.
+ Are there any age restrictions?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON is recommended for adults and teens, but younger children may attend if parents choose to bring them.
Carrying babies through our haunted house attractions is NOT recommended. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish. Additionally, there are many emergency exits throughout each haunted house attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue.
+ Is SCREAM-A-GEDDON wheelchair accessible?
Both of the indoor haunted house attractions are wheelchair accessible. The Monster Midway is also wheelchair accessible, but is located outdoors.
The other three outdoor attractions are not wheelchair accessible due to uneven terrain and natural hazards.
Please notify the box office of any special needs.
+ Is there a lot of smoke and fog in the haunted house attractions?
We do use fog and scent machines. Should you find the smoke, fog or odors too intense, there are emergency exits throughout each attraction.
+ Are there strobe lights?
Yes. All of our attractions have strobe lights.
+ Can I attend if I’m pregnant, have heart conditions or am in poor health?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health. If you have any of these conditions, we highly recommend you refrain from visiting SCREAM-A-GEDDON.
+ Are your haunted house attractions open if it rains?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON is open rain or shine. We do not offer refunds or rain checks. Purchasing a ticket to SCREAM-A-GEDDON is like purchasing a ticket to a concert event.
Our indoor attractions (Bedlam 3D and Blackpool Prison) stay open at all times. The outdoor attractions (DeadWoods, Infected & Monster Midway) remain open during light rain. However, they may close temporarily during extended periods of heavy rain. Once the rain stops, they will re-open.
For safety reasons, the Cursed Hayride attraction is not open in the rain.
+ What should I wear?
We have fire pits in the Monster Midway if you get cold, but please dress appropriately for the weather. We do not recommend wearing sandals, heels, flip flops or open-toed shoes through the outdoor attractions.
+ Does SCREAM-A-GEDDON have security staff?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON employs a fully trained security staff.
+ Can we be ejected from the facility for bad behavior?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, touching, fighting, weapons of any kind, drugs or other unacceptable and illegal behavior.
Those who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to return to the facility.
+ Do you serve food, drinks and alcoholic beverages?
Yes. SCREAM-A-GEDDON sells a full complement of food, beverages, beer and wine.
Please keep in mind that Florida law does not allow customers to bring alcohol onto our property.
Additionally, we do not allow entrance into our attractions if you are intoxicated.
+ Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot and Monster Midway.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any waiting lines or inside any attractions.
+ Can we take photos or video inside of your haunted house attractions?
No. You are not allowed to take photos or videos inside of our haunted house attractions.
However, you are allowed to take photos in the Monster Midway and in the areas outside of our haunted house attractions.
+ What items aren't allowed at your facility?
You are not allowed to bring pets, outside food, outside beverages, flashlights or laser pointers into our facility.
Food and beverages purchased at our facility are only allowed in the Monster Midway and waiting lines.
+ How old do you have to be to work at SCREAM-A-GEDDON?
You must be at least 18 years old to work at SCREAM-A-GEDDON.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only employees at SCREAM-A-GEDDON may wear costumes and face paint.
+ Do you charge customers if they just want to visit the Monster Midway?
Yes. Tickets are the same price whether you visit all of the attractions or not.
