What is the VIP “Fast Pass”?
The VIP “Fast Pass” allows you to use a separate, shorter “Fast Pass” lane to skip the General Admission line once per attraction.
What is the SUPER VIP “Fast Pass”?
The SUPER VIP “Fast Pass” includes UNLIMITED NO WAIT access to every attraction, with a tour guide and a $20 gift shop apparel credit. It is the ultimate SCREAM-A-GEDDON experience! Please note that SUPER VIP “Fast Pass” groups of less than 8 customers may share a tour guide with another SUPER VIP “Fast Pass” group. Only groups of 8 or more SUPER VIP “Fast Pass” customers will be guaranteed their own, private tour guide.
Does my General Admission or VIP “Fast Pass” include admission to Zombie Paintball Assault?
No. Zombie Paintball Assault requires an additional ticket that may be purchased online or at the facility. Zombie Paintball Assault tickets are limited and may sell out.
How do I get to SCREAM-A-GEDD0N?
SCREAM-A-GEDDON is conveniently located just north of Tampa, FL off of I-75, exit #285. For complete directions, please visit the Directions Page on the SCREAM-A-GEDDON website.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We recommend you bring your ID in case we need to assist you to locate your ticket in our system. SCREAM-A-GEDDON is recommended for adults and teens, but younger children may attend if parents choose to bring them.
Can I transfer my ticket to another date?
You may transfer your ticket to another date but will be responsible for paying a $5 transfer fee PER TICKET, as well as any price difference between the original amount paid and the price for the SAME ticket type on the new day of attendance. The price difference will be calculated as the ticket price listed on the website as of 5pm on the new day of attendance, minus the original amount paid. A refund will not be issued if the original ticket price is higher than the ticket price listed on the website as of 5pm on the new day of attendance, nor will this amount be applied to the $5 transfer fee per ticket. Customers MUST transfer their ticket at the box office on the new day of attendance, as we cannot facilitiate transfers over the phone or via email. Customers must bring proof of purchase and identification at the time of transfer.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you don’t want to bring a printed copy of your ticket, you can use the Event Brite app on your smart phone to enter the event.
What is the refund policy?
Purchasing a ticket to SCREAM-A-GEDDON is the same as purchasing a ticket to a movie or concert event. All sales are final. SCREAM-A-GEDDON does not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.
The name on the printed ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as you bring your printed ticket to the event.

Does SCREAM-A-GEDDON offer group rates at the door/on site?
No. Group tickets must be purchased online to take advantage of group rates.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, there is a $10 fee for parking. We highly recommend you pre-purchase your parking pass in online.
