Purchasing a ticket to SCREAM-A-GEDDON is the same as purchasing a ticket for a movie or concert event. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.

You may transfer your ticket to another date but will be responsible for paying a $5 transfer fee PER TICKET, as well as any price difference between the original amount paid and the price for the SAME ticket type on the new day of attendance.

The price difference will be calculated as:

  • The ticket price listed on the website as of 5pm on the new day of attendance
  • Minus the original amount paid

A refund will not be issued if the original ticket price is higher than the ticket price listed on the website as of 5pm on the new day of attendance, nor will this amount be applied to the $5 transfer fee per ticket.

Customers MUST transfer their ticket at the box office on the new day of attendance, as we cannot facilitate transfers over the phone or via email.

Customers must bring proof of purchase and identification at the time of transfer.

We close at a different time each night. Please visit the hours page for a full list of our dates and times.

If you are in line for an attraction at closing time, you will still be able to go through that attraction before it closes.

We do not guarantee that all customers will make it through all attractions before we close. However, the following guidelines will nearly guarantee that you’ll be able to make it through all attractions before we close:

  • Give yourself plenty of time to go through the attractions by arriving earlier in the night.
  • Enjoy your time in the Monster Midway, but don’t delay visiting the next attraction.
  • When possible, go through the attraction with the shortest waiting line.
  • Visit all of the attractions at least once before re-visiting an attraction a second time.

No. The monsters inside of our haunted house attractions do not touch you, but they do get very close. Occasionally, you may brush up against them or their weapons.

However, a few of our attractions are “interactive”. Visitors entering our interactive attractions will be faced with an important decision:

  • Should you enter and simply watch the action?
  • Or should you “mark” yourself to truly interact with the creatures within?

Those who opt-in for a truly interactive experience may be grabbed, held back, sent into hidden rooms, removed from their group or even forced to remain…

Choose wisely.

(Customers must be at least 18 years old to “mark” themselves)
